Changing Cadence Foundation offers free services such as disability claim assistance, career support, and youth sports aid to veterans, first responders, and their families to honor their sacrifice and service. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support and resources to help them thrive and overcome challenges.

Current Free Services Offered by the Changing Cadence Foundation

At Changing Cadence Foundation, we are committed to supporting our veterans, first responders, and their families through a variety of free services. Here’s a list of what we currently offer, with more initiatives to come:

  • Media Appearance Request

  • Police and Fire Family Assistance

    • School Supplies: We offer support in procuring school supplies for children of police and fire families, easing the financial burden of education.

    • Fundraiser Event Creation: We assist in organizing fundraising events to benefit police and fire families, helping to support their needs and causes.

    • First Responder Activities: We facilitate and organize activities that bring together first responders and their families, fostering community and support.

  • Speaker Request
    Request a veteran speaker from Changing Cadence to visit your high school, college, or business. Our topics include motivation, leadership, veteran stories, corporate military talent programs, pipeline building, and internal veteran employee engagement. Notably, Nick Busse was honored as the 2023 Veteran Champion of the Year in Corporate America by G.I. Jobs for his outstanding contributions.

  • LinkedIn Profile Building
    We offer assistance in creating and optimizing LinkedIn profiles to enhance professional networking and job-seeking opportunities for veterans and first responders.

  • Resume Creation
    We provide support in crafting effective resumes tailored for veterans and first responders, including resumes for their children who are entering the job market.

  • Military Care Package Event Request
    We coordinate and support events that create and distribute care packages to military personnel, offering a touch of home and appreciation for their service.

Deliver Hope

In partnership with Bayside Church (Blue Oaks) and Operation: Care and Comfort, the Changing Cadence Foundation delivered over 200 boxes of goods to veterans serving overseas!

Supporting Youth Sports

The Changing Cadence Foundation donates and supports to the Roseville Police Activities League (RPAL)

Honoring Those Who Serve

Changing Cadence proudly partnered with the Sgt. Nicole Gee Memorial Foundation to honor Sgt. Nicole Gee, our fallen veterans, and the Gold Star families in Placer County. The event saw over 200 participants, including Nicole Gee’s family and Former Sac Sheriff turned KFBK Show Host John McGinnis. All funds raised were donated to the Sgt. Nicole Gee Memorial Foundation to support its vital work.
